Artist: Beatrice Ajayi

Hyssop Arts

Born and bred in Scotland my art has been my helper in times of many needs. I am grateful for the opportunity to share it with you. May it be a moment of joy in your day or a place of creative  inspiration for you.

My art Explores narratives through visual storytelling, though sometimes the words hover just out of reach. In those instances I can only express myself through the dripping of paint or the splash of colour.

My themes are of innocence, a childhood place of adventure, freedom and a love for nature. My hero’s are from different worlds on the periphery of existence. My collections are complete in their bravery boldness and courage. They are ecosystems that treat others with grace by sharing their spaces. Inviting you in to belong.

Evoking emotions of our past, reminding us that we can sometimes be lonely but community is just fingertips away. So reach out. Be part of their world. They are home, they are a resting place.

A place of healing and renewed strength.
