Happy New Year everyone. I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season. It was full of the bustling business that is prevailent at the time of year. I have some new artwork on the home page to start off the new season, so please have a look. Also there are a lot of new t-shirts for the tee fans out there. The ‘Origin’ series is a concept I am looking at as designs for my tees. I have also got some t-shirts with the theme of Africa. The is more to come, so enjoy and I will post more information soon. 🙂
This is my Art Post for the day. I did the drawing of the empress then used digital software to put the background in and the overall colouring. I am trying to get more comfortable using my digital software. It is fun when it eventually produces a result. Look out for more in the coming days on my Art Post. Have a bonny day everyone.

no images were foundI have been working on some new ideas for paintings recently. I am still trying to get my black and white drawings into coloured paintings. I have done a variation of these little characters, I like the ideas I am coming up with. There are so many ways to approach this style. I will have to keep going till I find one I am happy with. This image is of a very delicate Empress. She is done in water colour and pencil. She has a bird house inside her hair. It looks warm and cosy. I wonder if the bird minds been evicted each time she has to take it down for bed, she can’t sleep like that surely!:)
Hello all, since my last post of the floating worlds alot has happened, both ‘Crocs ribbon’ and ‘The Slippery Twins’ are part of an exhibition in the Line Gallery, Linlithgow, Scotland.
I have been working on some more colour pieces. It has been exciting using ink pens with other colours and not just black. I just want to highlight my t-shirts are still available at redbubble and zazzle. So link each them site from the home page.
I will hopefully add some more images soon.
